Different records, different purposes
An enquiry, newsletter preference, administrator audit event and backup serve different purposes. Retention should follow those purposes and applicable obligations. This website does not claim a single automatic deletion period for all records.
Request a change or deletion
Use Contact and identify the email address or company involved. We may ask for information needed to confirm authority over the request. Avoid adding sensitive documents until a suitable transfer method is agreed. Newsletter unsubscribe stops the subscription and can retain the state needed to respect your choice.
Backups and contractual data
Removing an active record does not necessarily remove it immediately from every backup or legally required record. Product workspace return and deletion arrangements belong in the service agreement. The team can explain the applicable process for your request.
