Promotional capacity is granted once per company. It is not monthly and not per member. When you upgrade, only the difference to the higher plan is added. 1 credit = 1 recipient accepted for sending.

Valid for 12 months from purchase. Packs are bought inside the HyoNova app. There is no daily cap on any plan: your credit balance is your sending capacity, and large campaigns may be spread over more time depending on provider capacity.

Questions and answers
Is it really free to start?
Yes. Every company gets 500 promotional emails once, with every Hyo Mail tool included, and no card is needed to sign up. A verified sender and your subscribers' consent are still required to send.
What does it cost after the free emails?
You buy sending packs only when you need them: 10,000 emails for $9 ($0.90 per 1,000), and larger packs cost less per email. Packs stay valid for 12 months. There is no separate Email subscription.
Can I create Arabic emails?
Yes. Email Studio and the gallery support Arabic RTL and English LTR. Preview the desktop and mobile versions and send a test before launching.
Can I use my company domain?
Yes. Verify your domain, then add sender identities. The wizard gives you copyable DNS records, and on Cloudflare it can add them for you after your approval. Verification does not guarantee inbox placement.
Can I move from Mailchimp, Brevo or MailerLite?
Export only your subscribed contacts and import the CSV. Addresses on your suppression list stay excluded. Rebuild automations and check template compatibility; full history and workflows are not automatically migrated.
Do you guarantee inbox delivery?
No. Domain authentication, reputation, recipient engagement and receiving-provider policies all matter. Accepted, delivered and inbox placement describe different outcomes.
Can I use Hyo Mail in Iraq or the Gulf?
Yes. Hyo Mail works in Arabic and English wherever your company is. Prices are in US dollars, and you pay inside the app by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, bank transfer or USDT (TRC20).
