An agreement for your deployment
Where 99Trade LLC processes personal data on a company’s behalf, the parties should establish the applicable data processing agreement before that processing begins. This page explains the subjects to be agreed; it is not a completed, executed DPA.
Instructions and safeguards
The agreement should define purposes, duration, data categories, individuals concerned, documented instructions, confidentiality, access controls and security responsibilities. It should also cover assistance with rights requests and incidents, permitted subprocessors and international processing arrangements.
Return, deletion and evidence
Agree how information is returned or deleted at the end of service, how backups and legal retention are treated and what information is available to demonstrate the agreed controls. Request the deployment-specific terms through Contact.
