What is HyoNova Email?
An email client inside HyoNova for the mailbox you already have. It is separate from Hyo Mail, which sends marketing campaigns.

Who can read a mailbox?
A personal mailbox is visible only to the member who connected it. A company mailbox is shared with the people assigned to it and authorized mailbox admins.
Does HyoNova store my mail?
HyoNova keeps message details such as sender and subject. Message bodies and attachments are fetched from your provider when you open them.

HyoNova Email is part of the workspace. Messages are sent from your own mailbox and never use Hyo Mail credits.

Mailbox access rules are checked by the database itself, not only by the screen.
Separate from marketing
A connected mailbox is never imported into Hyo Mail campaigns or used for marketing.
Questions and answers
Is this the same as Hyo Mail?
No. HyoNova Email is your everyday inbox. Hyo Mail sends marketing campaigns and transactional email from your verified domain.
Can my manager read my mailbox?
No. A personal mailbox is visible only to you. Company mailboxes are shared with assigned people and mailbox admins, and admin access is recorded.
What happens when I delete a message?
It moves to your provider’s trash. HyoNova never deletes mail permanently.
How do I revoke access?
Choose Disconnect in mailbox settings. For Google, you can also remove access from your Google account settings.
