Questions and answers
When is a visitor pass used?
When a visitor is admitted. Reloading or reconnecting during the same visit uses nothing more.
Can the AI receptionist sell or book?
No. It answers from your published help articles and prices and can share your booking or sign-up links. Nothing is bought or booked in the office.
What do you keep about visitors?
Only what you ask at reception, plus visit history kept for the period your company sets.
What is the interactive office?
A permanent public address for your office. Visitors type their name and walk into the areas you allow, talk to your staff at their desks or ask an AI receptionist. Each admitted walk-in uses one visitor pass.
