A sealed evidence package and a bilingual completion certificate with a QR code are produced for each completed envelope.
Public verification
Anyone holding the certificate can confirm its authenticity on HyoNova’s verification page.

What is an envelope?
An envelope is one signature request sent through HyoSign. It uses one envelope whether one person or several people sign it.
Is HyoSign a qualified electronic signature?
No. HyoSign provides simple electronic signatures with an audit trail, evidence package and verification. It does not claim QES or AES status.
Do signers need a HyoNova account?
No. External signers use their secure link, with an email code if you require one. They never use a seat.
Are electronic signatures legally valid?
Many countries accept electronic signatures for most business documents, but the rules depend on the country and the document. HyoSign gives simple electronic signatures with an audit trail and certificate as evidence; check local rules for documents that need a qualified signature or a notary.
Can people sign on their phone?
Yes. The signing page works on a phone in Arabic or English, with no app or account.
