Questions and answers
Can I send to customers in any country?
Yes. Hyo Mail sends to any email address, as long as your subscribers agreed to receive your emails.
Can I pay without a card?
Yes. Besides Visa and Mastercard, you can pay inside the app by PayPal, bank transfer or USDT (TRC20).
Is there a daily sending limit?
No plan-based daily cap. Your credits are your capacity, and very large sends are paced to the sending provider’s limits.
Can I move from Mailchimp or Brevo?
Export only your subscribed contacts and import the CSV. Addresses on your suppression list stay excluded. Then rebuild your automations, and see the price comparisons for the same number of emails.
Do I need a full HyoNova plan?
Hyo Mail is included in every plan, including Free. You buy email packs only when you need more.
